These terms cover frensdae.com, run by Frens Chocolates ("we", "us"). By using our sites or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Orders and shipping
Prices are in US dollars. We ship to the contiguous United States only, and checkout shows where we can ship. We may cancel and refund any order.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email hi@frensdae.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo for a replacement or refund.
Allergens
Allergens are listed on each package. Products may contain traces of common allergens.
The frens are ours
All content on our sites, including the frens characters, art and logos, is ours and may not be used without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
